Construction of new port and facilities, installation and erection of government furnished machineries and equipment;

Multi-purpose wharf with RC deck on RC bearing piles 0.45 m x 0.45 m x 27 m to 30 m length;

Dredging of berthing basin and shore reclamation, 120,00 cu. m with rock bulkhead slope protection.

Refrigeration building – 7,20 sq. m market hall 615 sq. m power house and guard house.

Water Supply and distribution system, drainage and sewerage, on-site road and electrical works.
